Rachel Garcia was born and raised in Brooksville, Florida. She currently resides in Spring Hill with her two children and wishes to one day travel the world. After starting with Keller Williams in 2014 as the Director of First Impressions Rachel Garcia has transitioned to not only the Director of Agents Services but is now currently her Market Centers Administrator (CFO). Rachel brings personal as well as professional knowledge to her work at Keller Williams Elite Partners Realty. She spends her time patiently training her peers to use various technologies as well as helping them coordinate real estate transactions. Among the many other tasks that she is involved with throughout the Market Center she finds her biggest passion is with helping New Agents start their career as a Realtor. As the industry continues to grow Rachel looks forward to the future opportunities ahead.
